This Privacy Policy describes how Playnance OÜ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you access or use the Play Quack mobile application and related services ("Platform").
This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, across all devices, including smartphones and tablets. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the Platform.
1. Platform Role Play Quack is a technology platform that enables users to discover and interact with social casino-style games. The Platform serves exclusively as a content delivery and engagement tool. It does not offer or facilitate real-money gambling, and no part of the Platform constitutes gambling under applicable laws.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected or processed by Playnance OÜ when you access or use the Play Quack mobile application, including all its features such as game browsing, playing, liking, commenting, saving, and sharing content.
This Policy covers information collected through the Platform across all devices (including mobile phones and tablets), as well as information obtained through related customer support interactions and promotional activities. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked from within the Platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
2A. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for your personal data under this Privacy Policy is:
Playnance OÜ Seebi tn 1-1501, 11316 Tallinn, Estonia
If you have any questions about this Policy or your Personal Data, or if you would like to exercise your data protection rights, you may contact us at [email protected] or via our official support channels.
3. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you use the Platform:
(a) Information You Provide to Us
Contact and Account Information: When you sign in using a supported login method (e.g., Google or Apple ID), we may collect your email address and public profile data as authorized by the platform. If you contact us directly, we may also collect your name and communication preferences.
Profile and Gameplay Information: This includes your username or screen name, age or age range (to verify eligibility), avatar (if supported), game interaction history (e.g., games viewed or played, time spent), in-game achievements, likes, saved games, and shared content.
Social Features and User-Generated Content: If you choose to like, comment on, or share content through the Platform, we may collect your input and associate it with your account.
Support Communications: Any information you submit when you contact us for support, including messages, screenshots, or feedback forms.
Survey or Feedback Information: If you participate in user surveys, ratings, or feedback features, we collect your responses to improve the Platform.
(b) Information Collected Automatically:
Device information (model, operating system, language settings, app version)
Advertising ID (IDFA/GAID)
IP address and general geolocation (e.g., country)
App usage data (e.g., time spent, screens visited, games played)
Crash reports and performance data
We and our third-party partners may use mobile tracking technologies—such as SDKs, advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), and local storage—to analyze usage patterns, personalize content, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and improve the overall user experience. You can manage your advertising preferences through your device settings, such as “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android.
(c) Information from Third Parties
We may receive personal data about you from third parties and combine it with information we collect directly or automatically through the Platform. These sources include:
App Stores and In-App Purchase Providers We may receive anonymized information from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, such as your transaction history, subscription status, and purchase metadata (e.g., what you purchased and when). We do not receive your payment method or billing details.
Analytics and Attribution Partners We may receive engagement metrics, referral data, install sources, and behavioral insights from our third-party analytics or advertising partners. This helps us evaluate performance, optimize features, and personalize your experience.
Marketing and Advertising Platforms We may work with marketing partners, ad networks, or media buying platforms who provide metrics such as impressions, clicks, view rates, and audience composition (e.g., region, device type).
Social Login and Platform Integrations If you use Apple, Google, or another platform to sign in or interact with the Platform, we may receive basic profile data as authorized by you (e.g., email address, name, profile picture). The specific data depends on your permissions with that third-party service.
Public or Commercial Data Sources From time to time, we may obtain demographic or interest-based information about our users from public sources or third-party data providers to enhance our internal analytics and audience insights.
(d) Live Streaming and Voluntary Content Sharing
If you choose to use the live streaming feature within the Platform, you may voluntarily share personal data such as your voice, video (if camera is enabled), and any content displayed on your screen during the stream ("Live Content"). This data is visible to other users in real time during the stream but is not recorded, saved, or stored by us after the session ends.
While the use of your microphone and/or camera is entirely optional, enabling them may result in the disclosure of personal data you voluntarily choose to share. You should exercise caution and avoid broadcasting sensitive information.
Live streams are user-generated and may not be reviewed or moderated by us before being visible to others. If you see content that you believe violates our Terms of Use, you may contact us at [email protected].
For more information about how your use of the live streaming feature is governed, please refer to our Terms of Use and Live Streamer Guidelines, which form part of the overall user agreement.
We encourage you to review the privacy settings of any third-party services you connect to the Platform.
We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as payment card details or government IDs) directly. All financial transactions are handled by third-party app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
4. Device Permissions
The Play Quack app does not access your precise location, contacts, microphone, or camera unless explicitly stated and required for a specific feature. If such permissions are requested, they will be clearly disclosed within the app and limited strictly to what is necessary for the functionality being used.
For example, if you choose to use the live streaming feature, the app may request access to your microphone and/or camera to enable voice or video during your stream. Use of these features is entirely optional and under your control. You can manage these permissions at any time through your device settings.
5. How We Use Your Information

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction if you believe your data protection rights have been violated.

To provide and maintain access to the Platform and its features
To comply with our legal obligations (such as record-keeping requirements)
To resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
To support analytics, security, and fraud prevention efforts
The specific retention period may vary depending on the type of data and the legal basis for processing it. When your information is no longer required, we will either delete it securely or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you.
If you request deletion of your account or personal data, we will delete the associated information within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that require us to retain it longer.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
These measures include, but are not limited to:
Encryption of data in transit and at rest
Access controls and authentication protocols
Regular security audits and monitoring
Limited access to personal data by authorized personnel only
Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
If you believe your personal data has been compromised, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
11. International Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
Where we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with comprehensive data protection laws, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information. These may include:
Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or UK authorities
