How to Delete Your Account in the PlayQuack App
At PlayQuack, we respect your privacy and provide users with the option to delete their account and associated data at any time. Please follow the steps below to permanently delete your account through the app:
Open the PlayQuack app on your Android device using the account you wish to delete.
On the Home screen, tap the Menu icon in the top-left corner.
From the menu options, select “Settings” to access your account settings.
Scroll down and tap on “Delete Account.”
Carefully review the account deletion terms and conditions presented on the screen.
Tap the “Delete” button to proceed. Your account and all related data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
Note: Account deletion is permanent. Your transaction history and profile data will be erased and cannot be recovered. If you have any questions or face issues while deleting your account, please contact us at: [email protected].
